My OS is Ubuntu 6.06,when I run the VDrift,the screen is black ,i can't see anything.

How did you install? Compile yourself? Binary tarball? Ubuntu package?
The Ubuntu package for 2-21 doesn't work on Dapper (it used to but not anymore).
I'm not sure why it's black, does it do anything at all? Do you see menus or logo screens? Is it black when you start a game or just always black?
edit: also what version are you using - I assumed 2-21 but you could be using SVN, are you?

oh.....I fix it.my path is wrong(the Data dictionary).
it's run when i change a dictionary
now i can play it.
OS is Dapper and game version is 2-21(but the config file version is 2005-2-21,maybe a bug.......)
btw.what is SVN?
