Using the Python scripts ("export-joe-0.3.py" and "export-all-joe-0.3.py") can we export objects modeled in 3d max to JOE format?

Those python files are export scripts for Blender, a free 3d modeler. If you want you could model in 3ds max, export to a format like .obj, import into Blender, and then export to .joe.
