I saw that exist a program that help in conversion tracks from Racer.It can be made something like for cars(when someone will have time)?

There is a program called dof2joe which will convert a Racer-format model to VDrift .joe format. It is in the vdrift-trackeditor repository under directory dof2joe. I'm not sure if this tool is up to date. It is used also to convert Racer tracks which is described on the wiki.
A better way is to use Blender. I'm not sure if there is a Blender .dof importer but there might be. Then you can use the Blender VDrift export tools to get the model in VDrift. I would try this method first, and if it doesn't work, then try dof2joe.
edit: I don't think there is a way to convert Racer car physics definition files to VDrift .car files...you will probably need to do that by hand. However, it is not too hard, since Racer also uses MKS units to define its cars.

I found another way,when I tried to run dof2joe it doesn't run(Kubuntu 10.10),and it doesn't exist a dof importer for blender,only exporter.In a tool from Race directory,I exported in .wrl format,then imported in Blender.Now I must learn how to texture in Blender.

If you want to import a Racer 3d model, you need Zmodeler 1.07 for Windows :

I use Blender 2.49 with all the Vdrift import/export script.I import,then when I export,it export many files.So,it is good to have more files than body,window,and interior(are all the same, but they are split into multiple files)?And how can I "stick" some models in Blender?

For current SVN and future release it shouldn't matter as long as you reference them in the .car file (see http://vdrift.net/Forum/viewtopic.php?t=1427&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=45 )
