After some attempts of stabilization of a car, transmission sets to neutral (it seems so). I play with automatic t/m and use keyboard. Console gives output:

ERROR: Couldn't get car parameter: transmission.shift-time

Sometimes it happens after start of race (with powerful RWD cars), sometimes during 3rd-4th lap.

Which release? Do the RPMs go to zero? If so, the car may have stalled. You can start the engine with a key you assign in the options.

I should probably add an automatic engine restart as a feature.

Release 2009-02-15, yes, RPMs go to zero. Engine stays started on idle RPM

Hah! I think, I understand when it happens. When system trying to start screensaver. Seems like the game doesn't report to the system that there is some action on keyboard.
