With RollResistanceCoefficient = 1.0 you have asphalt rolling resistance. The old code omits the multiplication with tire normal force resulting in a very low rolling resistance. The F1 generates a lot of downforce increasing normal force/rolling resistance with velocity. It still shouldn't top out at 130mph. I guess the quadratic rolling resistance coefficient of the tires is too high, haven't checked the numbers though.

The rolling resistance issue is still there fix is wip just need to do more testing.
