I think that this is very big problem that you didn't included animations in the tracks.
There should have some features like:
- Animated parts of the tracks like moving items, flying birds, waterfalls and so on. These items don't affect the gameplay but are absolutely needed in all games.
- Items that you could push with the car like signs, some street lights and so on.

Friends when you are creating animated tracks than there must be some animated parts which shows that it is animated track. It is depends on the track which type of track you are creating. Animated features like rivers water should be moving, light off and on etc.

Also it would be nice to see animations on future cars like spoiler lowering/rising and the wings of the Lamborghini Murcielago LP.
