Well I tried to build the integrated bullet the other day and it didn't work. Problem is because of 64Bit. I can't compile the latest bullet release 2.6.8 because of the same error.

So if you want to build bullet on 64bit do
rm -rf bullet-2.66/Extras/BulletMultiThreaded
touch bullet-2.66/src/new.h (I was to lazy to fix this in the file... Bulds just fine that way.)
